FREE Admission for EVERYONE – All Scouts in uniform will receive a free patch!
A mix of affordable food and beverages will be available on site for the entire event.
Like the Antique Road Show, there will be qualified Scout Memorabilia Experts to answer questions and appraise your memorabilia for free.
Collections & Scouting Heritage Merit Badge Counselors will be available. Scouts, don’t forget signed Blue Cards.
Overnight indoor accommodations at camp available to table vendors free of charge.
The Thomas D. Trainor Scout Museum will be open that weekend and a docent will be there to show around those interested in visiting.
100% youth-planned-and-run event for Scouts BSA.
No individual registrations. All units must provide appropriate two deep leadership for the night.
Cost per participant will be $30.00 per Scout or $25.00 per adult.
All participants will be provided with pizza and pop as one meal. Drinks and snacks will also be available for purchase at nominal prices during the event. Water will also be available, so bring your water bottle (with your name on it!). Free coffee will also be available for adults! Please confirm any gluten-free, or other dietary needs at on-site check-in.
